These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sonnetworks.co.uk, our applications and any related services (the "Services") operated by SON Networks Ltd ("SON Networks", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Licence to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including the SON Networks name, logo, wordmarks, video content (PARLÉ, LA LISTE, 4PLAY, O'YÉBI NGAI and others), graphics, music, photographs, code, design and copy — is owned by SON Networks Ltd or its licensors and protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark and database-right laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as expressly allowed by law (e.g. UK fair dealing).
4. User-submitted content
When you submit content to us (e.g. a show pitch, an application, comments, social tags) you confirm that you own or have all necessary rights, and you grant SON Networks a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You can request removal at any time subject to our legitimate operational needs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights (including copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights);
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or that incites violence;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code, scrape the Site at scale, or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) except for legitimate search-engine indexing in accordance with our robots policy.

6. Third-party content and links
The Services may include links to or embeds from third parties (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, payment processors, ticketing partners). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.
7. Tickets, events and purchases
Tickets and event registrations may be sold by us or by third-party partners. Specific event terms (refunds, cancellations, accessibility, age limits) will be made available at point of sale. UK consumer rights apply where relevant.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, SON Networks will not be liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed £100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SON Networks against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Changes
We may change these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Material changes will be notified on the Site.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their place of residence where required by mandatory law.
